Every year TCEP offers one of the best hospitality suites for a convention of this size.
One of the biggest draws is the fresh baked bread that we produce throughout the four days of the convention. Using three identical Salton Bread Machines that produce 2 pound loaves, fresh bread is baked and brought into the convention suite for the enjoyment of all.
These recipes have been gathered from various sources throughout the years. Some have been modified to fit the 2 pound machines while others have been tweaked to permit easier preparation at the convention. We keep the recipes in a copy of “Mastercook” (version 9) which helps plan out the ingredients, shopping lists and timing of the various loaves throughout the convention.
